Our Promise
RENT411 does not sell, share, or in any other way transmit personally identifiable information (names, address, phone numbers, etc.) to any persons or companies outside of RENT411 except when you schedule appointments. To facilitate scheduling and confirming the appointment we transmit your name, contact phone numbers and email not your present address.
We do use your contact information to send you related services or products that could aid you in your search and move. These opportunities are always optional so you will only receive these offers if you agreed to receive them.

RENT411 is the sole owner of the information collected on the RENT411.com web site.
How will RENT411 use the information we collect?
RENT411 uses personally identifiable information only as needed to measure the results given to properties who market their property through the RENT411 Marketing System.
With whom will RENT411 share information?
We will share anonymous, aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.
We may partner with another party to provide specific services such as newspaper subscriptions, which users can choose to order. When a user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide those services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. The use of these services is voluntary.
If you accessed this site through one of our partners sites, we reserve the right to share your contact information (name, addresses, and email address) with that partner, but neither we, nor our partners, will ever sell, share, rent or use this information in ways other than what is disclosed in this privacy policy.
What happens if RENT411 modifies the Privacy Policy?

Does RENT411 use cookies and log files?
Our cookies allow us to provide personalized features such as automatically logging you into your personalized Start Page, showing your saved Favorites, Appointments, and Roomates if any, from one visit to the next. We store a cookie on your computer that deletes itself. We do not write any information to your hard drive.
In order to use these features, you must set your browser's preferences to allow for cookies to be stored on your computer. You will still be able to use the site if you block permanent cookies.
Log files are used only in determining site traffic volume and measuring results for properties using the RENT411 Marketing System.
